could use a favor from a supporting dealer
I could use a favor from a supporting dealer on here. I went to my dealer on june 26 to cancel the extended warranty on the altima i had sold. The finance manager said to wait till august for the check (about 1300). it was a saturday, and he said he couldn't process it till monday, and therefore couldn't give us any paper work, so all i have is his name and date on a piece of paper in my sold car file. however, he never processed it at all. So now after waiting 2 months, i have to wait another 6 weeks. I spoke with the general manager who said 'i will straighten this all out for you.' he was supposed to call me this morning at 10:00am, its 4:30, that didn't happen.
I need a copy of the warranty cancellation form which they couldn't find when i went there yesterday. If possible, could someone scan it and email it to me? i'd appreciate it very much. PM me if you can! thanks a lot |

However, Nissan North American Customer Service would be the first avenue of approach. |
it is kind of a repost. i really just need that document. i called nissan north america. they are willing to do it, but i need that paper from a dealer in order to process the cancellation, and my dealer is too incompetent to find it.
