Can I use BMW brand Sythetic Oil?
 
It's 5w30. From what I read it is re-branded Castrol TXT Softec, can I use this in my Z? I can get it for free only reason I'm asking.

I'm not familiar with Castrol TXT Softec, but if it's API certified (which I'm sure all Castrol products are), then sure.

No problem,this is a very good oil,it can lasts 15,000Km,about 9000miles.

You can but your car might seem a little douchey while running it.
