okay so I am about to order some plates and here are some of the ones I have come up with.

"Z-R8D" or "Z-R8ED"= Z-Rated
"785-ZED" = 785 is my build number for my 40th
"6-ZPD" = 6 speed z

any ideas on which one I should go with?

id flip that plastic frame over and place your plate on top of the frame in reverse.

makes a nice black thin frame and less busy look.

Thanks for the tip. I'll try it and if it looks good I'll leave it. If it doesn't look good I'll just get rid of the frame.
