your car is under warranty take it to the dealer and get everything fixed. No car out there is perfect you will experience quirks no matter what. The beeping thing is weird though I havent seen/heard of that one here yet.

or you can take it back and get your money back. Im pretty sure they have a 30 day satisfaction deal on it. The beep part is wierd.

yah, it could be a quick striker adjustment for the hatch. take her in to get it checked out. take the service guy on a quick drive so he can hear it.
