Ok I placed an order with this guy a week ago and have not heard anything yet. No answer on either phone number or by email. Does anyone have any better contact info? I need to get item shipped in time for ZCON next weekend!

Did you PM him? Maybe Tony has his number, he is #1 customer :D

Just a heads up, on the other site he has not been answering to pm's from a few members. If I were you I would call them up and see what the hold up is.

I dunno, ive tried to call him 2 times at his shop and ive pmd him once as well. Nothing. Probably has had something personal come up. Idk. I always try and give people the benefit of the doubt.

not bashing him, but this was "common" on the 350 site. he comes through but a lot of times pm's and emails would go unanswered.

When I ordered a diffuser it was shipped in 5 days but during that time, all 6 of my emails and PMs went unheeded..

Not sure which is worse... Getting no replies yet get your parts, or you get constant BS replies and not get your part for meaningless delays (rhdjapan).

definitely the delays xD. at least u have the part in the other scenario. no harm done. vendor was probably too busy ensuring that EVERYTHING gets out on time to answer. but the other way, hes just spending time fighting fires and giving out sweet words.

Jay is not very timely in responding. You have to ping him several times. Phone contact with him is out of the question. I finally got responses from him via e-mail. I hope that you have better luck with the Evo-r pieces than I had with the CF fang cover. I had to wait for it to ship from Taiwan, and I had to cut the bottom lip of the cover with my dremel tool to get it to fit. It was not molded correctly. It still wants to pull away from the fang portion of the bumper even after I tried the 3M tape, black silicone adhesive, and I clamped it after applying the adhesive. The fang portion of the cover was not molded with the correct curvature/angle, so it pulls away at the top. I am still waiting for Jay to tell me what he proposes to do about it...

It's true it's hard to get a response from evor but if you paid him he will ship it out. But you may not get it on time. You do know a lot of the stuff he sells are imitations so the fit won't be nearly as good as something like varis. I have the fang cover and I had to dremel the sides.

That is good but a big part of a business is Customer Service, interacting with your customer will help a lot and go a long way. ;)
