how do you deal with all the attention?

not just on the streets.
i mean friends and family are all pretty damn jealous. ive noticed a lot of my friends dont talk to me as much LOL ...i think coz they are very jealous.

maybe i need to make more richer friends haha

btw i am only 21 :)
at the same time i dont want to be cocky and showoff. but the car tends to give ppl that vibe anyways =.=

From reading what you wrote you seem to have bought this car for the wrong reasons. Then again you're very young for such a car.

I personally ignore people that look at me and if friends feel any different because of the cars I drive, then they're not really my friends.

Bottom line is, enjoy your car and that's it.

maybe the car doesnt suit me. or is it my friends dont suit me?

I enjoy the attention this car gets.
Mainly because it's the "right" kind of attention. My True Red Mazdaspeed3 screamed Fast & Furious hooligan and people were angered by its mere presence, moving or parked.
The Z is more of a "proper" sports car. Two seats, rear wheel drive and and a sexy body that is free of big wings, lips and "tuner" doodads.
Old and young break their necks to watch this car go by and I've had Harley guys and Vette owners come up to me to talk about the car when I stop for gas.

i agree too. big and bold statement at the same time its elegant.
i always get ppl (mature) that come and talk about the Z, and ALWYAS ask me how can i afford this car, coz i look 18. haha :p
its soo sexy compared to the 350.
now i just have to find the right girl that can match the car ^^V

You are acting like you own a Ferrari or something. It's a Nissan... not that special.

I get looks because the car looks hot. But it certainly doesn't make me feel special, because like I said, it's a Nissan.

maybe they think that because you are young, you are spoiled because they think theres no way you could have afforded the car yourself, ie, someone bought it for you. I dont mean to sound like a ****, i mean thats what some people will think if you are young and have a nice car

But then again, at 21, when you're hanging with late teens and early twentysomethings, this car is probably pretty special amongst that group.

I get looks and attention in it, because it is a nicely designed car. I don't bathe in it, but I don't shy away from it, either.

Bottom line for me is that I enjoy the car. I love how it drives, and I somewhat enjoy the reactions I get.

But I know when I park it next to a bimmer, corvette, or porsche... That it looks pretty pedestrian.

I get looks... especially with the loud exhaust. Just doesn't seem to be as much attention as with my 2000 mustang GT.. people loved that car when it first came onto the scene.

Saturday afternoon a Honda Rav4 full with wife and kids pulled up next to me... rev'd its engine.. rolled down their windows.. and said wana race! I smiled and nodded... however my googly eyed mini Australian shepherd didnt take kindly to their threats and began barking at them! i agreed.

The car is a complete attention whore, just like me, so I don't mind.

I'm 23 and have a lot of tattoos, I'm almost positive that most people think I'm a drug dealer when they see me step out of it.
