WooHoo... 1000 miles in the first week

Just clocked my first 1000 miles in the first week after driving off the showroom floor :driving:

It's been an awesome week, I love this car :)

Already been to my first M&G down in VA, met some great guys and gals.

Still treating her gently, but I guess my break in period is over LOL

Anyone think I should really change my oil after only a week?

dang... ive had my car almost a year and still less than 3k. hahaha

HaHa, well I've been having fun every night this week.

Plus a trip down from Baltimore to the VA M&G at the weekend.

Oh and every second I was not sleeping this week, I've been behind the wheel.

I usual do well below 10,000 a year, but I have had so much fun in this car so far.
And I really wanted to break this in as soon as possible.

:)

Welcome have fun.I don't blame you i would to.
Mines a daily driver i take care of it but put about 18,000
a year on it. I try to trade up every two years.

I did 533 miles a day after pickup. Only I had to drive from San Antonio to El Paso in one day. 6 months latter I just broke 5.5K

thats what im going to do, change the oil after breakin period, supposedly this helps to clean up any metal scraps that were caused due to a brand new car, although the dealership guy told me that changing it after 3k is fine.

I drove my car as much as I could the first month or so. It was difficult to get out of the break-in period simply because of how bad the winter was. Pretty much a huge snow storm every week.

5200 miles since April 2 2010 and it's not my daily driver. Gonna do a road trip this weekend to Ohio for a wedding so it'll be over 6000 miles on Sunday.

Get out and DRIVE those Z's
