I read your first thread and didn't get a chance to ask you. But how often do you check your oil? If you were aware that some Z's are consuming oil did you bother to monitor yours? Did you check your oil levels after you got it serviced at the dealer/shop? You can't rely 100% on the car and mechanics, this is you car so you have a responsibility too. Maybe the mechanics forgot to put oil or didn't put enough, maybe your car is burning it, or a combination of both. My point is, if you cared a little about the matter you would've noticed a problem before you got into this situation. I'm not trying to be mean, but if you took better car of your car this would not have happened.

I say it's 96.7% chance the car wash screwed up, a 2.7% chance that Nissan's engine ate all your oil w/o any visible indications of smoke or oil slicks in the driveway, and a .6% chance aliens abducted your oif for their own nefarious uses.

Though I am completely of the belief that this is the fault of both the 3rd party shop and the OP - I think his point is that he thinks his dealership is lying about there not being any oil in the car. He thinks he got a lemon and the dealership is claiming there was no oil in his car which gives them some leverage because he didnt service the car at Nissan.
