Smaller usually means "no invite back" for seconds

Alright, I threw in a pic of when I first brought her home ;)

See how stuck it is though?

frost 06-27-2010 12:21 PM

Eek. It's fobgina, not keygina.

Can you get some strong string or fishing line through the loop and pull it out. Maybe use a thread and need, but bend the needle a bit so it curves around.

DearEternity 06-27-2010 12:23 PM

I recall reading the manual and it saying "place key into key port if battery dies." So I put the key in.........bad idea :/

NXTAZEE 06-27-2010 12:24 PM

Wow that sure is in there really deep. It feels good to put it in all the way some times :yum:.

370Zsteve 06-27-2010 12:28 PM

I would get this to a dealer pronto. Break the key and you're looking at a nice chunk of change.

I'm surprised it just doesn't fall out :roflpuke2:

Ummmm...That doesn't look like my FOB... My top looks smaller... Also (if it's right) you've pushed it in past the spring stops. That may explain it. YOu can feel the spring latch snap onto the two indents on the sides of the fob. It just takes a gentle push. When snapped in, it sticks out further than your picture shows...

I wouldn't purchase a membership if it were discounted to $1 for a lifetime membership, thanks though I finally got a chuckle out of one of your posts! :rofl2:
