4.3 seconds faster than the 350Z

The Z4 sDrive35is (335 hp & 332 ft-lbs) would be a closer match, but that car starts at $61k and should be wearing an M badge.

Does the 370Z have the sport susension?

I think it does... has the 19" rays so I'm assuming it has the sports package.

All 370Zs come with SAME suspension (except Nismo) regardless of the trim or packages (i.e. Sport package) added to them.
