I have not gotten an email, letter or survey from Nissan North America or the dealer.
They really don't want to hear my feedback for their Customer Service! |
I think when I had first gotten my car they contacted me about it.
I also remember getting contacted by an institute in Texas that wanted to fly 370z drivers in to do some survey stuff and drive? I have no clue what that was all about. |

Nissan is a good car company. I think GM and the others are making a good comeback and now know what they need to do to "win" the car market. The customer service at Nissan is GENERALLY good...I mean you can go wrong at a BMW dealer as quick as you can a Ford. It all depends on which dealer, how they treat THEIR customers, etc. But customer service is TOPS.
