911 Owned at Stoplight by my 370Z
 

No sillies, I didn't race him. We were both behind a school bus and the kids were going nuts over my 370Z and it was like the 911 Carrera wasn't even there. The 911 driver never looked over at me, so I know he was not happy. :owned:

people love this car

i got people stopping me in traffic , kids pointing with their moms

it stands out for some strange reason more than other small sports cars

but then again...so did the 350 back in its release

i wonder if the appeal will ever fade?

After exiting the parkway the other day I was waiting at a red light when a man on a motorcycle and his wife(I'm assuming) sitting on back turned and looked at my car, they continued to mouth the words "nice car" to me.

I usually feel bad passing Vette and Porsche owners. Nearly every time I go by one, the driver looks like they are going to pull a neck muscle as their head turns to stare at my vehicle. :icon17:

I still love seeing a 350Z on the freeway. I've said it before, the 370Z and the 350Z are two of the only cars on the road in their price range I look at and don't need to change a thing in thier appearance to make them hot. :D

I know what you mean, I live in a condo, and my neighbor has white GT2, and he HATES it when I park next to him. Don't get me wrong, I love his car too, its amazing, but the Amuse kit spoiler is kinda similar, and the GT-R as mine stands is now is much faster, so needless to say, we don't talk much......

i got a jaw drop from a guy in an actually somewhat tastefully modded civic. I could see him in my left mirror, he did the turtle neck extension and the jaw drop.

It's all because you see a porche every 30 seconds. A 370 every 30 days.

My friends got a saying for something like this, its called "breaking your neck" Example: "Your GirlFriend just broke her neck" meaning she turned her head real fast to check out you and your car LOL. I cant wait for my Z.

Up here I get BMW guys following my Z all the time. Why? Every time I approach a babe on the street she raises her top, bares all and shouts "I want to have (sexual act or babies) with you!!!!" as I go by! I don't think this is right. The BMW guys should get their own Z!!!:p

I got a thumbs up from a guy in a Jetta that kept driving by me since traffic was stop and go for a few miles. I was in a suit that day so he prolly thought I'm loaded. Yeah right!

I’ve have numerous situations with my’09 Z and now my ’10 ZR……the top 2 involves my ZR. The coolest one in when this old guy who was well into his 80’s noticed my ZR from 50’ as he exited from a Chinese restaurant and asked me how I like my Nissan as I passed him going into the restaurant! My ZR is black and it was nighttime! How on earth did he even know it was a Nissan!! The funniest incident was yesterday…….4:30pm and I was having cocktails outside at a restaurant’ patio which was across the street from a well known playhouse where my ZR was parked. A group of twenty something, 3 guys & 2 girls, were walking in front of my ZR and as they were passing my car one of the girls stopped and illustrated having sex with the front of my car…………I laughed for about 2 minutes!!

the only car that turned more heads that iv'e owned was my c5 vette.

This just happened to me yesterday! There was a bus load of what looked to be 5th-6th graders practically leaning out the bus yelling and giving me a thumbs up. It rained recently but they cheered me on. So, I waited for the cars to clear out(was at a stop light) and spun the tires for like 2 seconds and they just went crazy! :)

Funny some guy in a 3 Series BMW followed my car into a conveince store parking lot last night to tell me how awesome my car is, and that "it makes Porshes look outdated" Totally made my night

I've noticed the looks as well. I have bikers waving at me all the time as they pass. I even had three members of a fully patched MC walk up and ask me questions about the car while I was parked.

My thoughts exactly. There is a Porsche on every corner and correct me if I am wrong, but Porsche's have looked pretty much the same to me for the last 30 yrs. People are just bored with them.
