Have you tried this product?

It's amaZing! I've never tried Zaino, but this stuff seems to be just as good. The shine is gorgeous, it's as though there is a layer of glass on the car! I highly recommend it.

I've seen it before but never used it. Is it for the entire car, or just for touch ups? Seems like that would be a lot of spraying for the whole car.

entire car, couple of squirts on each panel

Show us pictures of your car after the waxing.

Not a very good picture because I was in the shade.

batman_4 02-07-2009 10:41 PM

Ice is faaaaaaaar from Zaino. i have used both and i use Ice as an in between when i'm short on time

^^^^

Yup Zaino is great if you have a free afternoon. Its much more labor and time consuming vs Ice type products.

I didn't knew about this ICE stuff. Def a good find. Thank Educ8r.

Thanks for the recommendation!

I've been using the ICE line for a couple of months now. The wax is killer good stuff, and the ICE Interior has pulled up some kid-stuff stains I thought would never come out in my wife's truck.

Here's a link to a video of water running off the hood of my MINI after an ICE wax job and two months of driving:

Thanks mate, I will have to put this on the "to buy" list.

I will like to add that I have used Eagle F1 Nanowax with great success.

Very similar to this Ice product.

I've used Ice and Zaino, but I prefer Ultima Paint Guard Plus to both of them. You apply it just like Ice, but you don't have to remove it. Ultima dries clear leaving a great shine that lasts for a good long time.

I always use Zymol

Zymol Complete Auto Detailing Kit, Auto Detail Supplies

I also Use Meguiars clay bars when needed.

Collinite 915 for me - it's nearly good enough to eat!

The best wax I have used is Mothers Reflections Car Wax, and Top Coat. Use it on a DA and a 6 inch foam pad. Gives the paint a real deep look. Zanio is great stuff too. A bit harder to use though. I havnt used the Ice products. But I've heard some great things about it. Alot of detialing is about your routine. Reflections may not last as long as some other waxes. But when it only takes 45 min to apply and remove both coats. Its pretty nice.
