We all make choices in life that have consequences. This loser made a choice now he must face the consequence. I seriously doubt the police will provide a satisfying outcome to your situation. If law enforcement pulls through then great it's over. If not, don't be consumed with revenge. But if the opportunity presents itself then seize it. Incentives are usually not available on specialty model vehicles.
