Yes, no joke, the day I may actually PURPOSELY hold down the unlock button on my remote to ever so slightly open my windows from a distance with the car off is almost here! Getting some nice weather, i think i may use the option on purpose 2-3 times this summer. I think i may have unintentionally used it 5-10 time since i got the car 2 months ago, but none the less.....

Thank god for Nissan engineering! :happydance:

It's been in the 70's here in KY for about a week. I would use the auto-roll-down feature, but I don't want the outside air to blow away that awesome "new car smell" :P Plus the AC blows ice cold.

if they could have found a way to crank the AC on too, that'd rock.

I really dont understand how people do this on accident, you really have to hold that button down for a while before the windows go down, atleast on my car. But yeah it is cool I used it yesterday walking to my car after work.

fullmonty 04-06-2010 07:20 AM

Oh Yeah! I did it a few times this past weekend!

Used this feature just yesterday. It was about 85 degrees and gorgeous out. The windows stayed down for the entire commute home from work...

Well, imagine a fob in a pocket with other hard items. Now imagine sitting down...what happens with the pocket and hard items.

Next thing you know, it's raining outside...you go to check it out, and discover your windows are all the way down.

/lame.

Correct, it will only go down. :(
But I can understand for safety reasons or programming ease it is better.

Yes it is extremely lame. This happened to me last week. Now I know why both my windows went all the way down for no reason. Is there no way to turn this feature OFF?

There is also a secret button sequence to start your engine.
