2nd gear - feels odd?

So, I am wondering if anyone else has this issue...if not I'll have the stealership look at it.

Basically, when i upshift into 2nd, it feels a bit "notchy" (almost feel like it "clicks" past something). But when upshifting into every other gear, it is very smooth...it is just 2nd

It almost feels like when you put it into gear, without the cluth fully depressed, if that makes sense to any of you, but I definitely got it all the way to floor.

Anyways, let me know what you guys think

Thanks

This has been posted a bunch of times. If you look down more in this section you'll most likely see a few threads started on it... It's normal

yep, you're going into the 2nd gear gate too fast or out of sync. let the syncro work and enter the gate gently.

ok thanks guys...I did search a bit, but not enough I suppose

your timing is important. you will only get better with practice.

if you go into the gate too fast, then what do u do on a quick upshift? Just click through it lol

Mine does the same thing when up shifting to second gear but not all the time.

I installed this custom shift knob. Now 2nd gear feels fine. In fact, all the gears feel really good. :rofl2:

I'm just kidding, btw. I don't actually drive with that thing.
