thanks for the reply. for my second question about the snow though, i was asking more about the ride height. is it adequate enough to be able to handle 6-12 inches of snow with no problems? thanks again

Welcome!

1 - This is my second Z - it is a fun car.
1 - I park it during the winter.
1 - I just got a 2010 370Z NISMO. I was able to negotiate the price down to 36500 (the mark down is $3000.00 on most 370Z). The dealer gave me a 3.0 APR which they usually don't do on sport cars. If you have good credit they will work with you. Just be petient and persistent. If you are going to buy don't wait until the summer - It will be harder then...

:tiphat:This car does terrible in the snow, snow tires or not. Don't F up your car driving it in the snow, go out and purchase a 2000 dollar beater.... It MIGHT be able to handle 3 inches, but your pucker factor will be through the roof!

:iagree:

Why anyone would drive this car (or any sports car) in the snow is beyond me. They are not designed to be driven in show hence summer tires that come stock. Not only do you risk your car being beat up and looking like crap after the winter season (This 370z paint is the WORST) you run the risk of serious injury to yourself and others.

Do yourself a favor... don't buy the new exhaust system or rims you were planning on getting for the 370z and instead buy a 2000-3000 dollar jeep or another 4 wheel drive winter beater and put the Z away for the winter.

You keep the Z looking pretty for the summer time and you have no winter worrys.
