man there's a huge size difference... =)

congrats with the new purchase...

how you coping with the massive increase in noise?

Steering wise any noticable differences?

Chriz 03-03-2010 12:26 AM

What happen to your wheels on the G?

LaSeeno 03-03-2010 12:30 AM

Those are winter steelies.

cab83_750 03-03-2010 01:39 AM

Talking about winter wheelies, I saw a dealer website and on the 'ordering page' they $0.00 for 'winter wheels and tires'

I ordered 4 and the amt was still zero. I was going to be naughty and finalize the order and see what would happen. :)

wow i had no idea the g was so much bigger than the z!

radio5boro 03-03-2010 07:17 AM

I came from a 2003 g35 coupe. I do miss my g sometimes. It just has a classic look that I'll always love. I love my 370z though. Congrats on the buy! You're gonna love the z!

370Zvetlana 03-03-2010 09:29 AM

thanks guys. im loving the change, when your car becomes a routine to drive, you know you need a change.... plus the Z my first MT car, so im enjoying it that much more! got a great deal on it, took over the 48 month lease on leasebusters with 38 months left and 12k KM on it, original owner put $6000 down, and i got him to throw in 18 inch winter tires which arent cheap

the black steelies are usually the way to go with the montreal snow and potholes in winter! already destroyed a rim 2 winters ago

feelzpwr91 03-03-2010 09:59 AM

congrats!

PapoZalsa 03-03-2010 10:01 AM

All I see at work is a RED X. Anyway congrats!

370Zvetlana 03-03-2010 10:23 AM

Mike 03-03-2010 10:28 AM

congrats!

Zsteve 03-03-2010 10:28 AM

The G is kinda bland looking to me, especially with the Z right next to it.

cruzmisl 03-03-2010 11:02 AM

wheels make a huge difference.

fairladyZ34 03-03-2010 11:05 AM

murderd out G a la steelies

kenchan 03-03-2010 11:39 AM

the G is much taller too. :) i have both sleeping in my garage. z is on flatstoppers and my G is lowered -1.5" or so. their roofline is about even.

G is a pretty car where as Z is more of a cute car...well, to me.

i used to have the g37 19 inch 10 spoke wheels, but since i knew i was returning the car in the winter, i sold them when it started snowing....

Wicked_G 03-03-2010 04:24 PM

This is exactly what I plan on doing- G to Z.
Any regrets/cons?(i'm guessing 'no') :D

Drift Motion 03-03-2010 04:32 PM

my roommate did the same
05 G35c Black 5AT, to 09 Z White 6MT

Shift 03-03-2010 05:05 PM

WOW I hope the roads around you are better than what in pictures.

370Zvetlana 03-04-2010 12:27 PM

nope, theyre worse lol....

only cons is lack of backseat and trunkspace, but i fit my hockey bag, and am not a taxi lol, so i would have to say no cons yet
