Does it look any less hot with normal pics? I think not: Copied from here http://onfinite.com/libraries/1559356/3ae.jpg http://onfinite.com/libraries/1559357/6fb.jpg http://onfinite.com/libraries/1559358/608.jpg http://onfinite.com/libraries/1559359/21b.jpg http://onfinite.com/libraries/1559360/f38.jpg http://onfinite.com/libraries/1559361/ba7.jpg http://onfinite.com/libraries/1559362/1c8.jpg Another car lowered with the stock wheels painted: Copied From Here http://onfinite.com/libraries/1561117/1dd.jpg Remeber you said it... There are far too many examples of fine looking non-Nismo's around - posting them up would be pointless. A lowered/rimmed Nismo looks no better to me than a non-Nismo.
And if you think those are normal pictures...well...yeah...welcome to the world of Photography and Photoshop! |

I respect your right to like the standard body work (I don't think it looks bad either minus the fangs) but :gtfo2: with that photoshop stuff. |
No photoshop...I wouldn't even know how to use it. :).
I think what bo is saying is that creative photography and photoshopping can make cars look better or different. |
Just stock. No wheels, no drop.
Just Z. :) http://bytewire.net/370z/proshot/z34p3.png http://bytewire.net/370z/proshot/z34p2.png http://bytewire.net/370z/proshot/z34p7.png Who needs Nismo? :D |
Oh my god, why post that junk - thats totally not a sports car. It needs a bigger wing. BIGGER WING!

Nismo vs Sport/Base is purely preference when you remove a few things:
That leaves the body kit, spoiler (if thought of separately), and wheels. Cosmetics. Owning a Nismo myself, I do know where the OP is coming from when he says he likes the "stock" look. Me personally, I'm probably 75/25 on that ratio. Every once in a while I second guess myself on my Nismo purchase. The spoiler is probably the most common reason. It's big, but it's functional and still fits the car without looking out of place. Some members have even either gone with the Sport package spoiler or something completely aftermarket. I'm considering the S-Tune Nismo spoiler actually. Some people like it, some don't. Same goes with certain wheels, aftermarket body parts, seats, headlight conversions, even performance mods. I personally, like it. Even more so when she's clean and the sun is shining :tup: http://www.the370z.com/members/vipor...m-not-mine.jpg http://www.the370z.com/members/vipor...ture7065-a.jpg |
Nismo
Its alright, no need of the argument. There are always people that talks trash about how a Rolax watch isn't that good at keeping time compared to a Timex quartz. I think its called sour grapes.
Nismo looks so much better by far! It still looks factory, and not aftermarket ricer. |

Obviously, the answer is no. And of course the people who spent more will think its sour grapes lol. |
either you like it or you don't. you are not going to convince people who don't like it that one is better looking than the other.
me, i am glad that the nismo looks different than the base model and even non 370z enthusiasts can see the differences. |
There are some things I like and some that I dislike about the Nismo Z. I don't really like the front bumper all too much, and I wish the wing were a bit more subdued in it's styling. The sides and rear are ok. The one thing I really like are the wheels. I wouldn't mind having the wheels, suspension, and catback on my Sport package Z.
|
I think they both suck. I wouldn't buy a Z if you paid me.

surprisingly, the wing on the 2010 GT-R doesn't generate as much negative sentiments in this forum even though it is just as big as the 370z nismo wing :)
|
I really like the Nismo. Maybe a touch bulbous from certain angles but overall I think the look is very aggressive yet tastefully done.

Actually I'm lying.
This car can be tricked out in a million different ways, street, track, show and whatever and their all stunning. I haven't seen one yet that I didn't like. Thanks Nissan :tiphat: |

I think that post about the availability of the the Nismo body parts is up to 14K read it's appearant a lot of people like it. Anyway haters will hate, that's why they are what they are. |

Time and again, its been proven their performance is almost identical. So, I made a far more valid comparison. Personally, I'd say with his shoddy comparison, HE was the one making it seem like anything OTHER than the NISMO was worthless. |
The "only" reason I got the Nismo was the body kit. :) Believe me...I really miss Homelink and heated seats. :)
|
lol..what's happened here?!
|

about the rolex and timex comparison, i don't think that is fair. a fairer comparison would be: the base model is like a beautiful woman and the nismo is like a beautiful woman with larger than average size female body parts that most playboy playmates have :) |

Homelink will be taken care of soon on my side. Living in TX heated seats aren't that necessary. It's not like leather where they hold a temp, so even when it's been in the 20's it hasn't made me jump when first sitting down in the car. The lack of "upgraded" stereo was a non issue for me also as I prefer aftermarket by a LOT. |
