Purchasing 370Z

Hello, I am thinking about buying a 370z quite soon. I currently drive a 08 civic si and I am tired of going slow. I don't know wheater to go sports package are not, and automatic vs standard. I am undecided on both factors. I plan to throw a twin turbo on it in time, and that where it affects my decision making process. Should I save and add my own lsd? Or just go with the factory sports package and worry about that later? Also, I don't know what to go with auto are manual, usually im a manual guy but this auto seems impressive. Any help or just an opionon would help sway my mind.

Do you have any experience driving MT? Also, the sport pkg is only $3k. For that you get the LSD, 19" Rays, SynchroRev Match (if MT). I think it's well worth it.

Yes, the 2008 Civic Si's only come in manual. It was the car I learned with but I have always known about manual transmissions because I used to race 4 wheelers so I always understood the concept.

Test drive both. When you're ready to buy, tell the salesman that you want to test drive both to see which you like better. That's the only way to make a solid decision that is right for you. That's my recommendation, at least.

Makes perfect sense, I was just seeing what people were saying to choose due to my future performance upgrades. I want the auto but if I am going to TT it I am thinking I should just go manual.

The MT vs AT when you TT will depend on how much HP you will want on the stock tranny. The stock AT G37 tranny is holding 550 rwhp no issues. But I DON'T THINK I WILL GO ANY MORE THAN THAT.

550 is plenty enough hp at the wheels for a daily driver. Whats those things running in a quater with that much hp?

I am guessing that with a curb weight of 3300 to 3400lbs, you are looking at a low 12 or high 11 second car. Not bad! Anyone, please correct me if I am wrong since I am not yet familiar with these cars.
