Strega! This is an Italian word, which means roughly "witch" or maybe something worse than this.

We named her during the test drive. My wife had her eye on a Miata and I wanted to test the Z first. A dealer had one with 4k on the clock that we took for a test drive. We drove around a bit and I got on a highway off ramp and dropped the hammer in 3rd gear for a nice sprint from about 30 to maybe 90 with a 3-4 shift.

My wife squealed with glee as the wind rushed past and we were pressed into the seats. The exhaust had a nice rumble that turned into a scream as we went.

Coming off the Miata test drive it was quite a rush. The Z is a very pretty car with great curves and a big wide stance. She's a real beauty. But then when you step on it she turns into a roaring beast! My wife exclaimed "what a Strega!". The change in personality was amazing.

Do you name your 370z?

My pride and joy, my Fair Lady, I named her: Quicksilver...

That is, until my buddy looked at my crazy for naming my car. So let me ask you guys, do you name your cars?

Red Z so I named her Madeline.

My 2009 Z was named Igloo last summer when my G3 intakes rubbed a hole in my AC line, and I was without AC for 10 days in the scorching AZ heat.

After it was totaled, my awesome service manager named the new Z Isis, and I really like this name.
