Z Stolen
 

My red 370 was stolen most likely overnight between the 15th and 16th out of my apartment complex in Marina Del Rey California.

After doing some research, these bastards likely used a tool to duplicate the remote signal after getting into the parking garage and drove off with the car.

Anyone in the SoCal area please keep an eye out but looking at social media I feel like it's going to end up destroyed at a street takeover somewhere in Central LA.

An update, the Police called me today saying my car was involved in a shooting. A security camera caught the plates. I'm pretty sure it's going to be a total loss if they do recover my Z. I'm done with these cars man. This put a very bad taste in my mouth.

It's not the cars fault. Thieves will steal anything they can these days.

I know man, I'm just venting. I put so much time and work into my Z over the years. Anyone in the SoCal area keep an eye out for it. It's bright red with a modified lower rear fog light light and has Fairlady Z instead 370Z on the rear trunk which should be easy to spot since there aren't too many red Z's around.

Everything else on the exterior is bone stock except for tints. If they're smart they probably took off the number plate by now but behind it should say AB Motors

Any sports car with push button start have a vulnerability that's been discovered recently. The YN's have been spreading the how-to's across their socials. All just to take it to the takeovers and destroy it. Someone needs to john wick these people.

Kill switch or just take out the starter fuse if you park outside.

Camaros and Challengers have been targets for a while now. Thank God i live in a nice area where the cops shoot thieves and not some liberal hell hole where the justice system is just a revolving door for them to keep doing what they want.

You shouldn't stop buying things you love just because someone else will take it from you. If you go on living like that, then you will never be happy. Yes it sucks but that's life. Life will never be perfect. I totaled my 370z in 2021 and bought the new 2024 Nissan Z this year. Insurance cut me a check for 15k and use a bit of that money to get myself a car while I waited for the new Z. Yet it took me 4 years but that's because I did not want to pay those crazy markups.
