Anyone attending in September 2024?

I see it's only the 2nd time in Florida so I'll be checking it out if hurricane season cooperates. :driving:

Awesome, I assume there will be a large Tampa contingent as the Z scene in the area appears rather large. :tup:

Sounds fun. Unsure of my schedule at this point though... busy year.

Nice to see it building up, I'll be spectating, Hotel res. complete.

It will be a miracle if a Hurricane doesn't show up and ruin the fun.

At least most hurricanes are here and gone with minimal impact. So some of the weeks festivities could still proceed.

Supposed experts have been way off on their counts the last handful of years and, we're having a very wet winter which typically equals a slow hurricane season. Speaking from 47 years of experience in Florida; I'll go with it'll be a miracle if one affects the event. :tiphat:

What is there to do from Monday to Sunday? It's not like I have the Tail of the Dragon to entertain myself and something to look forward to every day.

Depends on what you’re into. You got the Casino, Beaches, strip clubs, fishing…… Thursday and Friday are the two track days, you doing any of those?

FWIW, hurricanes don't hit Tampa directly and usually just gets a rain/wind event. The last time a hurricane made a direct hit to Tampa was in 1921, and even then, it was more so Tarpon Springs.

I'd be interested in this to. Would love to visit my hometown Tampa.

Casino - HardRock on Hills. Ave.
Beaches - Clearwater/Ft. DeSoto
Fishing - Ft. DeSoto/Clearwater
Strip clubs - Dollhouse, Odyssey/Mons Venus (right across from each other). I lived in west Tampa, but heard of good ones in east Tampa along Brandon Blvd?
Track days - Never been to the track (didn't realize there was one in Tampa?)

Probably going to stay home on this one.

They just opened the motor enclave, things like this popping up all over, they are building one near Orlando now. It’s a small track with condo/garages that you buy on the track. Cool concept if you got the money. This is where ZCON is doing their track day.
