Update: After getting the oil change done again and the Greddy magnetic drain plug removed and replaced with the original OEM plug, the oil temperature dropped by 10 degrees! Now just driving normal oil temperatures are around 185-190 when they used to be 185. I'm okay with that discrepancy. I also did a few pulls and it never reached 200. With the Greddy drain plug I did the same and reached 220. Here are photos from after the oil change last week when the temps were settling at 190-200, and today when oil temps were settling at 185-190. I guess the Greddy magnetic drain plug did something to raise the oil temperature after all...

*I don't have a photo of it staying at 200 but that is what happened shortly after the first photo was taken.

How the hell did I miss this?! It's his freaking shifter linkage bolt causing the damn heat issues!! A little jbweld should fix it right up.

I thought it was a bad reciprocating muffler bearing. Go figure...

Did I read this right... You think a f*cking drain plug caused higher temps?

Explain why temps dropped 10 degrees with the same ambient temperature

Well, it's not a fcuking magnet raising temps. I'll believe warmer ambient ground temps warming the underside of your car before a magnet causing a 10deg+/- variation.

Lay off the pipe, Crack is whack. Take it from Whitney.

Have you checked your blinker fluid levels, when that gets low you’ll start chasing all kinds of gremlins on your car.
