Rattle?
 

iv got something rattling sounds like the front windshield.. only when i hit bumps... ill keep ya posted anyone else got this ?

so drove it it sounds like fingernails tapin on the windshield i think its in the dash

i have that same problem....when i hit bumps and also when shifting.
so i will bring my car to dealer this saturday.. :(

Mine does this when it's really cold. Goes away when it warms up.

if thats the case it still is very annoying

Had my car for a year and have never heard that one. Mine is from the rear hatch somewhere. It's been there since day one.

i have this weird whistle coming from the passenger side when i go over 55mph does anyone else notice this?

I get some rattle due to resonance from my exhaust or subwoofer... gotta get some felt tape.

sorry to bump an old thread...but ive been getting this rattle recently. sounds like a finger nail tapping the front windshield. anyone figure this one out?

Could be the weather strip at base of the windshield, I noticed this on mine and after I pushed and prodded this it was ok.

My homelink rearview mirror rattles like crazy. I'm going to have to take it apart some time soon.

I had this problem awhile back, there's a DYI thread buried somewhere in that section about how it's a weather strip that collects sand, grit, etc at the bottom of the windshield. You just clean it off and problem solved

Thanks for the helpful bump. I got this same problem on my 4runner recently. I thought my windshield was coming off lol.
