Twm out of biz?

Want to order a short thro and with a little research it looks like twm is done? Guess my next up is the B&M. I have a 2009 looks like everyone that complained about rattling at high rpms had a 2009. I plan on sharing this with a WC Lathe Werks round shift knob. Any thoughts...
