About bluetooth connection

I have bought 370z 40th from Japan since 12 decemer 09. Now I have problem with Bluetooth connection, it cant connected with my phone. some said I have to change some setting, I really dont know how. All of my manual are Japanese Damnnn-*-

Plz, help >< I really want to try it.

Hey, thank a lot im from Thailand. I really want new knowledge here. Since my country has no Manufaturer, imported car get 3times tax from the original car price. ****!!! plus oil cooler is very expensive here T^T. Really envy you guys
