Anyone from the Atlanta area heading up this weekend? Got any plans / want to meetup?

My buddy and I are leaving Atlanta Friday afternoon to head up there.

I'm leaving Atlanta on wednesday. Was planning on washing the car tonight so I can clean the rest up and wax it tomorrow in the airconditioned garage, but the thunderstorms have killed that plan.

All cleaned, shined and shrink wrapped. Car is all ready for the first leg to Bristol Virginia! I'm leaving at 6am and meeting up with the Maryland Caravan at 9am.

Will that hold for that trip? Because I tried that for ZdayZ and it didn't work for me. :confused:

I'm leaving Wed sometime! Now I have a slow leak in a rear tire so I have to deal with that.
I also have another exhaust that won't be here till wed now. My wife ended up having to work so she is now on route to Paris for three days (not coming). Hoping this week gets better. :shakes head:
Oh yes, and my vanity tags are still not here!

I used this twice already: a 6 hour round trip to to New Jersey and a 5 hours round trip to PA and it held up fine. I didn't hit any rain though. Did you drive through any rain? I always take my time applying it. To do the front end, it took me about 20-25 minutes. I try to make it is invisible as possible, although it always seems to be VERY visible.

I'm thinking about using the blue painters tape, it won't look that bad on a blue car. I have been tracking the rain and although we have been getting our share of scattered showers here in Ky the last 2 days, Tenn. has been spaired for the most part. I'm leaving Louisville early Friday morning so I can get through Nashville just after the morning commute. Headed south I65 if anybody is going to be in the area, would of come down Wed. or Thur. but might of hit some nasty rain.

Washed her this morning, polishing and waxing this afternoon, and hoping for the best. No shrink wrap...just rawdoggin' it. haha

i used paint tape for my trip to TX

I did the same thing yesterday. Worked like a charm.

Just added the painters tape and bringing enough to re-apply for the journey home.
