Help! Ecutek kit Differences

Hello guys!

I was looking to purchase Ecutek products for my 370z but im unclear as to what the differences are between the ECU Connect Programming Kit and the ProECU Programming Kit.

Do they both come with a software license and all the features such as remote tuning, RaceROM etc? Why would you choose the ProEcu usb kit when the ECU model is bluetooth and one would have to purchase a separate unit to use the app? Thanks for the help!

The info is on EcuTek's website.

ECU Connect includes Bluetooth capabilities for reading/data logging. Both kits require the cable for programming, though. With ECU Connect, you can also use an app on your phone to map switch and see real-time info.

EcuTek - ProECU - Programming Kit

EcuTek - ECU Connect

1. Find a respectful tuner.
- Seb @ Specialty Z is the best tuner for ECUTEK out there.
- Even had him fly in to do some dyno tuning!!

2. Do not use a remote tune.
- It's a wacky way to tune, find a dyno.

3. Do not use a "canned tune"
- You need a tune that's specific to your car

Ask about the adjustable traction control options which you can set via the Oil Temp gauge.

Also ask about throttle re-mapping.
- Can get rid of the lag at tip-in.

ECUTEK questions welcome!!
