Is the Forum Still Active?
 

Hey guys, just wondering how active the 370z forum actually is nowadays? I was going to get a premium membership but if nobody is really on here anymore or if the site doesn't get used then I don't know if its worth it. but if new info and discussions are happening then maybe I will. what are some of your opinions on the life of the site?

Everything about the 370z has been discussed here, plenty of useful content if you search...after all, 370z has existed and remain largely the same since 2009.

I prefer the quietness here, compared to the many shallow posts I see on FB groups. Worthless activities don't make a site more worthy.

very true. I find the FB groups to ask the same BS over and over again and constant arguing over the dumbest stuff lol.

Not much has changed with the car over the years so not new to ask about or try out. But there are a number of people who are lurking with just as many years of knowledge if you have problems or questions, just remember to search the site:the370z.com on google first.

Even tho its not a hotbed of activity, everything I did on my Z I learned how to do on this site. The least I could do in return was pay premium membership until AK completely forgets ab the site and lets the URL lapse...

That’s what was said at my350z.com, until the 350Z’s dropped low enough in price to where the kid ricers were within their reach, joining the forum only to fill it with useless bickering and pissing contests. Past members of that site know exactly what I’m talking about.

I’m actually kinda surprised it hasn’t happened to this forum....yet.

OP, IMO, this forum, esp. compared to other 370Z forums, has alot of knowledgeable members and with useful info.

When in doubt, refer to SouthArk370Z’s FSM in his sig.

I think the increasing popularity of FB groups save this forum in a way. I joined a few 370z FB groups this year, only to unfollow them all because of all the useless posts. All the posts about flame maps, gapplebees, tuner A vs B, “here is my IG, follow me and I’ll follow back”, etc etc etc, almost all useless crap.

I tried 370z FB groups and found it was a solid waste of time. Turns out a couple without permission, used pics of my car to sell their car and push their aero parts.

Personally, I enjoy this Forum much more than the 350/370 UK Forum. In fact I left it and only use this Forum.

On a personal note I would like to buy Forum stickers with postage to the UK but noone has ever replied concerning additional postage costs.

I like the forum here, I am on it almost everyday, just looking at different posts, learning new things, getting some good laughs.. Just a fun place and well worth the subscription..

The only thing of value being posted new is the potentiality of a Z35 or what people do with their cars. Outside of that... it's the search button. Have fun!

everything you need to know about the z is on this forum, unfortunately i don't see any new parts being made for the Z34.

Subscription is well worth the information that is available on this site. The only thing I'd like to see is a new certificate for this site.

In spite of the fact that I no longer have a 370Z, this is still one of my favorite sites. If you want to know more about your 370Z, all sorts of folks - from ricers to racers - are here to offer advice. And it's usually very good advice. Members tend to be Older White Male With Disposable Income but most age, income, nationality, etc groups are well represented. There are plenty of non-370Z threads (cigars, watches, guns, etc) if you just want to "chat."

And I think I can speak for most, if not all, of the members of this forum in that you are well-respected and we appreciate your help. I know I've learned quite a bit just from reading through your posts/threads :tiphat:
