Wiper Blades

I LOVE the wiper blades on my 370Z and I'd use them on all my vehicles. Does anyone know what brand these are? The Silblade Flexblad GVM looks similar....

wiper blades, installation, auto, DIY, do it yourself, how to install, instructions, automotive from SSP Companies

Costco sells a similar design here in Halifax made by Michelin.

Rain-X. I get an average of 12 months from each, and get them on sale for, approx., $6.95+tax ($7.44). No complaints, so far.

I like the single arm style as well.... I run the Bosch Icons on my other cars which I like a lot. Single arm, clean attachment points, good performace..

Available at Advanced Auto around here..

No idea, as my Z never sees rain and the wipers will never be used. Since its purchase in ll/09, my Z has never been in precipitation, nor has the special edition Miata I bought new in l996. This is a psychological, behavioral disorder, which requires that I own a 3rd car, an Altima Coupe, for transportation. I do treat it as a normal vehicle. I hope none of you out there are similarly deranged!!! It's costly and ridiculous.

I've been pretty happy with the Costco Michellen's - they are pretty close.

OldGuy it's a disease. My 370Z hasn't been out in the rain at all this winter and I've been driving my winter beater an aweful lot lately - which incedentily also has the Michellen wipers on it ;P

VCuomo 03-21-2011 10:35 AM

Looks like the Michelin blades are made by Pylon (Pylon - The Wiper Blade Company) and are also available at Walmart.

Cmike2780 03-21-2011 11:04 AM

I drove my Z in the rain today. I've had the car almost 2 years this july and I still have the original wiper blades on. It's a DD and still no streaks or squeeks after 20k miles. I clean the blades when I wash the car though, so maybe that's why they've lasted so long.
