i guess he's talking about the front and rear spoiler.

He should list the auction as 370Z with sports package because judging by the rims, he has sports package. Aero package is part of sports package. Unless, he has a base 370Z with Aero Kit and he simply changed the rims to sports 19" Rays ... who knows but judging by the 34500 MSRP, i'm going to bet it's with sports package.
