i was thinking about it but a different time. i hate doing the organized runs if you get caught in a bunch up of people.

It's quite the incline to walk to the dome from what I remember. It's so worth it though on a clear day.

Guy up the street is selling Golden Retriever puppies. His prices have dropped some. Female with papers was $1,200. Now $1,000.

We've been parusing the local shelters for several months now looking for a new pup. I browsed craigslist, have you seen what they sell English Bulldogs for??? 1300-5000!!! And theres a TON of breeders selling them, youd think theyd sell much cheaper.

On a sad note, we saw a little pomeranian yesterday at the shelter. Poor thing mustve been from bad breeding. Cute as hell, but didnt really seem to have all its mental facilities there and his breathing was soooo labored...would eat from his bowl then seemed to be startled every now and then from the food...:shakes head::shakes head:

My last Golden I bought, Jake 11 years ago. I paid $400 with papers. Now he would be $1000 with papers, $800 without papers.

Regulations have a good bit to do with it. Plus, the parents with papers are expensive. We can't have $6000 in the cost of the parents and sell you a puppy for $400 dollars. Not happening.

Craigslist, LOL. Most of those are scams. Be careful.

If you want to talk expensive, get a Lilac French Bulldog with papers. You will spend $30,000 for one with papers if you can find one. They are very hard to bread. Momma has to have a C-section every time due to the rear pelvic area being too small.
