Clear Bra for Under Z?

I had my clear bra (Ventura shield I think its called) put on this afternoon. My Z, the beautiful red garage queen, remains in our warm garage with now yet another accessory affixed to her---along with her odometer which still reads fewer than 400 miles.
When he finished my install, I asked the installer to think about putting a few pieces of the shield material behind the front and back wheels. He hemmed and hawed and told me to call next week if I still wanted him to do it with the left over pieces from my installation. Has anyone else tried this? I can't see that it could hurt anything.

U might be better off using a sealant. I don't know if underbody heat and debris might make it a inconvenient application needing frequent changing? Maybe? Might be worth looking into though?

You mean in the wheel wells? Or under the splash guards?

The latter.

I added a ventureshield clear bra to my z as well. I asked them to add some extra pieces to underneath my front bumper. The guys said no, because it could tear down the rest of the clear bra upon a scrape. :(

When you get clearbra put on your rocker panels, it automatically gets put onto your front splash guards. Not the rears though.
