Ouch, saw a 370z in a crash

Saw a cop basically sent a Tacoma into an oncoming white 370z on a big intersection. I have footage of it on my dash cam. If you have the white z or know the white z that got it today, let me know

A CHP officer followed up with me for the footage, hopefully it can clear the 370z driver

Hopefully nobody was injured; wish I would have had one of those about a year ago when I got crashed,,,thankfully there was a witness.

It was pretty f Ed up because I found out they were trying to clear the intersection for the college football players going to the stadium (3 days before the game). I thought they only do these things in 3rd world country, but I guess money talks now

Wow wonder how the cops will try to spin this once the the insurance companies get involved. Lucky no one was killed. It looked like it could have been a very band ending for someone.

But..... we gunna ignore how the z just tanked that hit like a boss and made the Tacoma spin? jeez. i would of thought it would have moved the z but nope it stood its ground and the Tacoma got tossed around lol

That hurts me emotionally since I also own a white Z.

Hopefully, the cop took responsibility.

HA! Cops taking responsibility? Hell they probably planted some weed in the car and blamed it on him since he was under the influence.

Z will be considered to be at fault. Police override the lights. Strobes were clearly visible and the Z just blew through it. Sucks though, I can understand with it being green. Wonder why they didn't have them flash red with a cop directing traffic.

Not that they care about my opinion, but if I have to take a statement. I would tell them flat out no one at the intersection had any idea of what was going on. He just flat out waved people by in a LARGE intersection, its very difficult for the Z guy to see what was going on with the train and the large pole. Even the Tacoma guy was hesitant as to what to do, he didn't want to go on red, the cop forced him to. There was supposed to be another guy at the other end of the intersection, he didn't show up until later. I saw it was a police escort for the football players 3 days before the game!!!
