KCZ, thank you for pointing out the lack of LSD or SRM on the 2019 Sport touring. I've been shopping back and forth between a 2018 and ordering a 2019 (which, unfortunately, I think will be the last of the 370Z's). I didn't look closely enough at the website to notice that going from 'Sport' to 'Sport Touring' climates LSD and SRM. Shame on Nissan (and on me for not reading closely enough). Makes the decision easier (and cheaper) for a 2018.

I'd look closely at the differences using the comparison tool on the Nissan website. I'm very disappointed by this. I have a back injury and was ecstatic at the chance to get the adjustable leather seats with lumbar support in a sport model, and just as quickly deflated at the realization that they'd eliminated the LSD and SRM.

I also don't understand why BT streaming audio isn't standard, because I think Nissan's entire lineup has BT hands-free phone features. Is it really a big deal to add BT audio?

Double check this on Nissans website.

I have a Canadian version of a 2018 Touring Sport Coupe 6 spd manual & am disappointed in the lumbar support/adjustment. I had a serious back injury a few years back also & the lumbar adjustment helps, but it slowly reverts back to neutral or zero adjustment. I have to check the position every few minutes & have to readjust it back to max.

I double, triple, and quadruple checked it on the Nissan website. The 2019 Sport Touring indeed does *not* have either the LSD, or the SRM. The 'Sport' version does, but the 'Sport Touring' does not.

I'm shocked. It's appalling that Nissan would delete the LSD from the Sport touring. So basically, the new Sport Touring is just the old 'Touring' with the rear spoiler from the Sport.

I'd be totally fine without leather seats, but I really wanted the Tech package of the previous 'Sport Tech'.

That certainly rules out a 2019 for me...

You do get the Sport brakes, 19" Rays, Potenzas, and a couple of other Sport doo-dads on the Sport Touring.

I'm feeling the same way about buying a 2019. I also noticed that the 2018 inventory on the Nissan website seems to be dropping quickly over the past month or two. I wonder if it's too late to order a 2018. We'll need to make a move soon.

The 19' Brochure list the LSD & SRM for the Sport,Sport-Touring & Nismo only.

VLSD is standard in the coupe model only (sport,sport/touring,nismo) not available in roadster.

That's not the same as Nissan's website, where the comparison chart clearly says the Sport Touring coupe does NOT get the LSD or SRM. It would be great if the brochure was actually the correct version. I'm sure the dealers are clueless.

Got it from the dealership yesterday; as it has a breakdown of color options & all types of small details.

jchammond, thank you for posting the pic of the brochure! Now I'm totally confused (even more than I've already been for most of my life...). As KCZ said, the brochure differs from the website, which does indeed say the Sport Touring does *not* come with LSD or SRM.

KCZ, you're right about dealers being totally clueless. I've asked 6 Nissan dealers about this, and the response was exactly the same from each and every one of them: 15 seconds of silence on the phone (as they struggled to comprehend what LSD and SRM are), followed by mumbling something about 'whatever is on Nissan's website'. Big help...

I don't know how to get the real answer, except to actually look at a 2019 Sport Touring and see what it has. But, by then the last remaining 2018's (at least in the spec I want) will probably be gone.

In general, I've found this shopping experience to be the most frustrating of any new car I've ever bought (and I've owned 104 cars in my life, about half of them bought new). I've never experienced such blatant bait-and-switch games on price before as I have with Nissan dealers. What's up with these guys? Nissan itself seems to feed into it with their 'special discounts' for 'recent college graduates', 'military', and 'current Nissan owners'.

What configuration are you looking for? You might want to hurry to get your 2018 as it was such a pain for me to get my 2018 pearl white sport tech M/T. Seems dealerships mostly get the Auto. Which really isn’t worth it.

The thing I’m a little upset about is that I could’ve gotten my sport tech with touring features for what I paid. Oh well. Too late for that. I love my 2018 anyway.

Those are prices before any additional options are added,
I’ve seen prices online vary 5-10k on new 17’s & 18’s
