Oil

I bought a 370Z 2016 model in November that had been in the showroom since it came in; it has never had an oil change and only has 550 miles on it now but it needs a little oil. I assume it still has the factory oil in it. Does anyone know what they use in Japan? Manual says 5W-30 but makes no mention of whether it is conventional, a blend or full synthetic. Thanks in advance for the advice.

Try searching for the answer. There's already a million threads about oil around here.

Nissan 5W-30 Ester oil is recommended by Nissan, but any synthetic will do IMO. I use Mobil 1.

Full synthetic 0w-40 (m1) for me in California. I change it out every 6-7k.

Nissan, Mobil 1, Red Line, Motul, don't think it really matters

Been using Mobil 1 over here, yo!
