Labor Hours for a TT build + supporting mods.

Hey guys, got my first in progress bill from the workshop my Z is at for it's TT build. I would like to know if the quoted hours seem reasonable. If anyone who has similar build done before or knows the hrs required to do this sort of build please comment if mine below seem reasonable, thanks.

First I will list my mod list the workshop is installing:

AAM Competition TT RHD system
AAM Competition R-Line (oil-to-water) cooling system
AAM Competition 4 Bar MAP sensor
Fast Intentions 3" TT TDX Cat Back Exhaust System
Fast Intentions Billet Aluminium Flex Plate 7AT
OEM GTR Spark Plugs
CJM S1.E Fuel System
ID 1050x
DW Fuel Pump relay wiring kit
Aeromotive Stealth 340 lph Fuel pump
PWR transmission Cooler
Upgraded TQ Converter
Quaife ATB LSD
Whiteline Diff bushing kit
Z1 Urethane Motor Mounts
Z1 Urethane Transmission Mounts
Z1 Subframe Bushing Collar
Z1 Premium SS Brake Line kit
Eibach Sway Bar kit

The itemised first bill I have from the workshop is as follows:

11/1
-began removal of all required components for engine removal
-remove loom from cabin
-wired breathalyzer device (my alcohol breathe test device for car) to constant 12V source
QTY: 5.5 HRS

12/1
-finalized removal or components
-engine/trans package removed
-removed manifolds
-installed heat protection to assorted lines
-installed associated brackets and kit pieces
-installed turbo manifolds
QTY: 6.75 HRS

13/1
-removed turbo manifolds for ceramic coating and transport to pacemaker (requeted by me)
QTY: 0.75 HRS

16/1
-inventory and package other items (IC piping etc) for transport to pacemaker for ceramic coating
-split engine and transmission
-install flex plate
-removed diff
-removed injectors and installed new items
-replaced spark plugs
QTY: 6 HRS

18/1
-Removed Fuel pump
-performed neccessary modifications for new pump and return system
-commenced installation of new pump
QTY: 7.25 HRS

19/1
-continuation of fuel line install
-commenced installation of oil/coolant lines
-removed existing brake lines, installed replacement lines
QTY: 7.25 HRS

30/1
-removed existing front wishbone and replaced with new
-commenced installation of replacement diff into housing
QTY: 5 HRS

So far that is my bill. They gave me 8 HRS discount for the fact that they are new to the VQ37 platform and removing the engine took longer than they expected. But they also said that they estimate an additional 20 hrs labor to have the build complete.

I trust my workshop, they have great reviews, but would like to know what others think about the time on the build so far. Thanks in advance.

Seems pretty reasonable to me... overall I would have thought it would be more.

I paid for 34 hours, and I didn't have a diff installed. If they're at 50+ hours once they put everything back together, that's pretty steep.

A breathalyzer installed??

court ordered?

It is right at 25K US for the TT kit, supporting mods, tune, and install with a few gauges. Nothing crazy.

Ok, fair enough.

Well they are at 40hrs currently but not everything is done yet. They said they estimate another 20 hrs.

Yeah, I just did not think install of all the parts listed is going to set me back another 6-7K + tuning. Lol FML!
