Well...........between my arm and having bruised ribs from when my arm gave out the other day while trying to do some wiring inside the Z. I finally ran the wiring from the dash to the rear of the Z inside to the spare tire area. The wiring is for the diff temp sensor and the power wires for the diff pump and fan. Tomorrow........I'm going to try and drop the diff.
Pic's of the wiring. :D |
First, let me say that Motordyne does an exceptional job packing their exhaust systems. I can't recall ever receiving any oversize auto parts that were packaged so well.

I've spent the last week trying to figure out my P2A03 code. I cleaned the MAF and replaced the air filters, we'll see if it stays off. I loged the MAFs and primary O2 sensors and both banks looked almost identical to each other so I don't know what could be going on.

Ordered replacement lower intake manifold gaskets for the Z from Z1 and this is what showed up today.....

Tokyo Auto Show, no new Z
Well the news is out and it's no news. "I’ll get this out of the way first: no big sports car announcements, contrary to earlier reports (that seemed hard to believe anyway.) No new Nissan Z, no new GT-R, no new Mazda rotary engine.
Toyota didn’t even mention the Supra in the press briefing. They didn’t talk about the rumored high-performance Lexus LC-F either, even though that was a long shot" https://jalopnik.com/the-2017-tokyo-...ted-1819827880 Oh well, maybe something for the 50th. anniversary year, 2020. Until then I will hang onto my Z car and love every minute of it:driving: |
Hate to tell you this. But you're late to the party. :rofl2:
