Hasn't gotten above 45 here with constantly rain, sleet or snow still. Hasn't stopped the mass of geniuses in Moostangs, camarrows, and chugengers, from going out. I've only seen 2 moostangs break the rear end loose going around corners because the summer tires have no grip in these types of temps. I give it another week before I see a camarrow wrapped around a mailbox.

You can keep your damn alligators!!

Maybe deep down I'm afraid of any apex predator that lived through the K-T extinction. Physically unchanged for a hundred million years, because it's the perfect killing machine. A half ton of cold-blooded fury, the bite force of 20,000 Newtons, and stomach acid so strong it can dissolve bones and hoofs.

They're not that bad, they leave native Floridians alone since they're too busy chasing Canadians and their small dogs around

Raining with thunder today. Calling for freezing rain and possible 4" of snow north of here. nothing within the 10 day forecast looks good.

A friend is pulling the windows and windshield in the '60 C-10 and putting in new sheet metal for the roof and inside. New seals for doors and all glass.

Going to try this weekend to figure out how to route the long hoses with the 240 deg bent ends to get attached to the thermostatic plate. I have the bracket made for the Setrab on the drivers side.

Got a stick up my arse about this guy, couldn't decide between aluminum and black, went with black and red turtle. Wanted something different with the new fascia being painted after a misshap in the parking lot or at the dealer, couldn't prove that either was at fault.

Damn protectors are expensive - $170 for the lower driver side and $6 a rivet.

The insurance adjuster was quite kind, new front fascia, new lower bumper and lower protector. When all said and done it was $2K in damage.

Better shot of damage, 4" cut that ya can't really see, along with stress cracks and the the rolled under bumper.

Neighbor's wife brought over a package that was mis-delivered yesterday. She offered condolences for my divorce, and I ended up giving her a ride in the Z (she used to drive a 350Z). I scared the hell out of her sister when we left (cause slidewayZ) but we came back intact and with more wine and all was well :icon17:
