Car review experts?

Really? Even the name 370z has a reason behind it. Fast foward to 1:20 secs and you'll see what I'm talking about.

Unbelievable, 3.5L V6 in the 370Z, ok homie. Somebody needs to go and study the brochure, or watch the most basic youtube review. Plus, doesn't anyone edit these 'armchair auto experts' reviews?

He also talks later on the video about the interior specs, and says something about it's been the same ever since they (370z) came out in 2010.

I wonder if he ever even popped the hood on that car.

I stopped watching the video as soon as he started 'lisping' about the 3.5L V6. I had heard enough and couldn't subject myself to any further torture this yo-yo was gonna dish out.

PRetty sure anyone on this forum could do a better car review while multi tasking.

This review is hilariously bad... which one is better at getting groceries and going to the track? "proceeds to compare sedan VS 2 seater". But he said it at the end of the review the 370z is the more engaging car to drive and thats the reason I bought mine over an STI.

You totally correct in identifing this guys lack of spec preperation, but did you know that the 370 engine only have a 3.5 liter bore, it picks up the .2 liter enlargerment from a slightly longer stroke, which is funny because normally you would pickup more torque than horsepower with a longer stroke but not in the VQ engine torque stays the same and 30-40 more peak horsepower is picked up.

I believe this was posted before. It's 2017 — where having a camera, YT account, and I guess charisma lets you pretend to know anything you want. Product reviews in general have been a top tier clickbait approach.

Everyone wants input on something before they buy it, and the video creators want to act like they know anything. In the realm of automobiles, have you every met "that guy" who tried so hard to demonstrate what he thinks he knows about cars? He'll find a way to rehearse a spec or marketing sheet behind his reasoning for everything, and at sometimes also add in his unoriginal take on aesthetic or arbitrary criticism when it comes to the newer version of his own car. I met that kind of mother ****er in college. "No way I don't want a turbo 300zx, the NA feels more pure!"

I'm a fan of Top Gear for entertainment, and that one guy Rob on YT who doesn't BS how/why he's doing what he's doing, but actual reviews...I just take to forums to get/read cumulative opinions from actual long-term consumers.

Agreed ^^ most reviews are dog crap with smiley faced extroverts who have never even changed the oil on a car...
