Unknown piece found in fender well??

Hey guys, So I was removing my headlights this weekend and when I pulled the bumper off I found this guy laying on the fender well lining. Anybody know what this is?

Probably one of those Japanese assembly line worked was eating a box of cracker jacks and their toy fell in my fender lining.

From the looks of it I guess this is not suppose to be in my car so I will just call this a "souvenir" :rofl2:

Do you have a mistress or an ex-wife?

That is a GPS tracking device.

It's a birthday party favor. A kids toy kaleidoscope. About $2 for a dozen.
You got yourself a souvenir, there, Bud!
