I think this is normal. Only have 300Km on a 2018 Nismo and I have the same thing.

Normal to become out of adjustment or normal view for a Nismo? My touring camera is normal, I don't see my license plate when backing up... not yet anyway.

Seems fine and normal too me. I hate how the camera is off too the one side though. I wonder if it has anything to do with putting the trunk lid down too hard?

They replaced the camera...no change.

Think its safe too say that this is the normal position. My camera is rock solid and does not look like its out of position on the inside either. Doesn't really bother me aslong as the guidelines are correct, which they seem to be.

Maybe there's an electronic adjustment on what the camera can see? Mine looks straight back, I can see the ground directly behind me and straight out. The area where the camera is mounted, is it different from a non-NISMO? I wouldn't think so but you never know.

This seems to imply there may be electronic settings... http://www.the370z.com/audio-video/4...2011-370z.html

I say take it back to the dealer and have them asses it and then look at a new vehicle with he backup cam and what its stock rearview is. Then see what the service consultant/manager has to say.

not the first time I saw "dealer" and asses" in the same sentence! :bowrofl:

You can probably check the following settings and/or make adjustments:

To get to these settings you will need to preform the following steps:

1. Turn the Radio Off
2. Press and hold the "Settings" button.
3. Without releasing the "Settings" button turn the volume control counter clockwise until the Diagnostic menu appears.
4. Once the Diagnostic menu appears, you can release the "Settings" button.
5. Select "Confirmation/Adjustment" from the menu.
6. Select "Camera" from the menu.
7. Select "Alter/Confirm Configuration" from the menu.

You can use the up/down arrow keys to scroll through the list of variables. When finished just press the "Back" button repeatedly until the navigation system returns to normal operation.
