What MPG are you getting with your 370Z...MT/AT

I am a soon-to-be-purchasing 370z guy and I have read every post on every thread for months now. This is my first post in an forum ever...wow!

What MPG are you getting in your 370z's?
I know getting great mileage is not the reason we buy z's but it is important to me since there is a good chance that gas might go to where it was and higher...

I'm willing to bet it's slightly better than the G37. Should be better than the old 350z for sure, at least according to the sticker comparison.

Im willing to bet there isnt a z out there getting more than 6 mpg out there right now.

yes the new Z is a little better on fuel economy compared to 350Z. I am going to guess the manual is even better than the auto but one of the new owners can chime in with actual result. It's only been couple days for some of the new owners, so I don't know if you'll get the stat right away. Oh also, first few weeks you may get "mixed" MPG since they are NOT babying their car :icon17::driving:

18 city - 26 highway
Anyone that says more can't count :eekdance:

LiquidZ 01-08-2009 11:13 PM

I'm sure this thing can get 30 on the highway.

I haven't done a real mpg test yet, I have about 200 miles on the car with 40% hi, 60% City. but the OBC says 16mpg combined. That's with fairly spirited driving, not very much WOT though. Since this is my first Z I'm not sure if that's good or bad. My mini cooper S JCW would get 26mpg combined and nearly 31mpg hi, and it was nearly as fast. 5.7 0-60. I'm going to miss that car, but i think I'm liking the Z better already :driving:
