How 'bout calling both 350s AND 370s "Porsches"?? It's happened, too!

That is what my old lady said when she saw a red one at the dealer.

BTW, in my area there are few 370s but 350s are everywhere, especially the Silver color.

Wonder why I got rid off mine and got a 370... :icon17:

I'll be honest, I've never, EVER, had a car turn as many heads as my baby does, people seriously break their necks looking at it, I like looking through the little windows behind the seats just to get peoples reactions without them noticing me scoping them out, its utterly hilarious, and yeah people that dont know cars usually think its a 350 at first, and most of the douchebaggery comes from 350 drivers I see on the street, jealousy is a motherfukker.

I agree, I've never had so many people lock their eye's on the 370z, in comparison to other cars i've owned. I love it :) even my wife is like "Look, they are staring at us!"

350Z's have not been bad to me, a lot of them gave me thumbs up, or just stare at the stop light.

 I highly doubt 350z owners care

Jesus dude you act like you own a supercar

I was going to get the Z tinted today, and the guys at the audio/tint shop had never even seen one. I was kind of shocked, but at the same time I like the fact that they are not super common in this area.

I stayed at the Westin recently and used the valet when I returned to the hotel after dinner.

Next morning, I checked out and gave the valet my ticket for him to retrieve my car and then waited in the front with folks that were waiting for their cars (either by valet or their sig other).

My VERY yellow 370 came slowly along the drive and I just waited till it was parked before I started walking towards it. I had detailed it the day before so it looked spectacular driving up. All I heard was, "Wow", "Man, will you LOOK at that", and my favorite..."Honey, what IS that?". No car guys among them, I guess.

I non-chalantly walked up to my car, tipped the valet, and drove off. Slowly. Peeked at the rear mirror and yes, quite a few heads were turned my way.

It was awesome!

Someone asked me if it was a Maserati lol

the one thing I hope I can say about the 350Z is, there are a lot of guido douches driving them

I believe the 370Z will nix this, I saw a dude valet park his 2003/04 350Z and get out like it was a Lambo over the summer, all I could do was laugh but I guess he was cooler than me with his Chanel "CC" earrings

didymus 12-05-2009 04:12 PM

Too bad you guys can't easily debadge the burgers.. then you could have some fun with these people hehe..

Was it a 2003.5? :icon17:

By the way, I saw a very hot blonde driving a 350 roadster yesterday. Not a guido in sight.

Seriously! I see more "BMW" and "Mercedes Courtesy Vehicle" loaners driving around here than the actual owner's car. Sad.

GingaBreadMan 12-05-2009 05:16 PM

That's because ppl don't read. All they do is watch tv. There aren't any commercials for the 370z.

NYBladeZ 12-05-2009 05:16 PM

I personally don't mind, a big reason why I got the Z is due to the fact that it probably won't be "well known" for awhile. I like the unique feel, everyone around here drives BMW's especially those 335i's
