Exhaust Rattle Agency Power Catback help

seriously having trouble finding the rattle on my 370z, ive used hose clamps to tighten up exhaust hangers so it doesn't hit the crossmember but still hearing a nasty rattle coming from the rear of the car, checked spare tire area for loose items, Kind of sounds like glass rattling or plastic???? Any suggestions? Usually happens most pronounced at 80km/h or 50mph in 6th gear? also at 5th both at about 2-3000 rpm? sometimes happens at about the same rpm in 1st and 2nd gear.

Kinda hard to pin point sounds, especially over the internet lol. Id suggest making a sound/video clip so everyone can help. Could be anything from heat shields to potentially sounds coming from the differential?

It might be the wire that connects to the trunk light. That wire goes through a thin metal sheet that can make some serious rattle. You gotta take the rear panel off to have access to it.

Could be this. I remember going to open my trunk and heard a clunk.. like the piece where you push to open the trunk "fell out of place". I never got around into going under there.. trunk still opens but thats when I started hearing my rattle..
Other possible areas it could be is the bolt holding your sub/spare in isnt in all the way, but looks like youve checked there..

good idea, will check that, is it hard to get the rear panel off? I also checked underneath and looked at the fog light didn't seem to be that either.

No, removing the rear panel is quite easy and straight forward. Just check the DIY section for removing the rear bumper. It'll guide you step by step on how to remove the rear panel within the rear bumper removal instructions. You can also Youtube rear bumper removal. It helped me remove every single panels in the rear hatch with ease.

Actually, you might be even able to just pop out the trunk light without taking off any panel. Try that first to see if its possible.

ill try that thank you, question for all of you guys, even though i have an aftermarket exhaust if i were to take this rattle issue into the dealership under warranty would they still look at it or because its aftermarket would they deem that as not under warranty to take a look? just been a huge headache and about done with it

I think I found the issue when slightly pushing against that back panel where the trunk light is the vibration/sound goes away not sure if I can take this off or what the issue is now
