Nissan's new low price navi??

Nav for All: Nissan offering inexpensive nav system on popular cars — Autoblog

Any chance this will be on the Z?? Not that i would want one..

The article notes "high volume" units, so I guess the Z is out.

However, it's just a matter of time. Once one auto manufacturer offers NAV at a reasonable price it'll be everywhere in a few years.

I suspect it will be standard very soon.. you can buy a pretty good GPS for 100 bucks these days..

This is long overdue!

That's a great option for people who lease or fear changing equipment in their vehicles.

One car I kno for sure that's getting one is the sentra @ 400 bucks. Kinda looks like the new screen in the 2010 altima. I don't know if the altima is getting a better quality nav or if they are goin with the low cost nav. But the altima and sentra have a similar screen in 2010

Its rediculous that they charge $2k for Nav when you can get an amazing Nav system aftermarket for $400ish

I wonder if this will easily drop into the 370Z for those of us without the Bose upgraded stereo.
