Dealer rant

Recently took my car to the dealer when my Fuel pump failed.
Declined the services and called the tow company to get the Z When I got there the car was already on the tow truck. Went in and pay the charges for the diagnosis.and went home to wait for the z
Here how they returned it :shakes head:

Sorry, mean to say I declined the services.
They wanted $1600 for replacing the Fuel Pump and fixing the driver side window. They say that I need the motor and regulator: shakes head:
Did the window reset and window working fine, also took me about 2 hours to change the fuel pump. Pump from concepts $361+30 for rush shipping
Labor cost 0, well, some back ache for being stupid and not removing the seat .
