Need advice about rental car after my Z was hit!

So this past weekend I got hit after a lady was trying to pull over to buy some lemonade. She admitted fault and my car is now being repaired but how do I go about getting a rental car and one that is comparable? I went into Hertz today and they gave me a piece of **** Chevy Spark that's actually embarrassing to drive. Does anyone have any advice on picking out an actual COMPARABLE car to the Z? Keep in mind I was not at fault so the other driver would have to pay for the rental 100%. The auto body shop says that repairs will take 3 weeks and there is no way in Hell that I will be driving the Chevy Shitbox for that long.

If the other party would agree to pay, you can try this rental, https://www.bhrentacar.com

That's been my experience as well.

There's a Spark that parks where I work but I've never seen the owner. The color can best be described as "vaginal pink.":ugh2:

I put up with a Jetta (lmao some people literally think that's supposed to rival a Civic), but then again it was only for like 3 days. I actually quit on it vs. keep it for the weekend because there was clearly a heavy smoker in it.

You can argue that you do not feel safe and used to something similar to the Z and should be provided a comparable loaner/rental. Enterprise tried to find me a nice convertible but could not locate one. I ended up with a '16 BMW 328I when I was hit. All I was after is an upgraded vehicle because I refuse to drive a Versa.

It's a rental. Who cares what it is? It's not like you're going to be paying on the thing for the next 4 or 5 years.

OP you and i know what it is like to get hit and get offered a piece of 5h!t car. Demand a better vehicle no matter what. Rental companies know how much the consumer can get away with so just work with them.

There are plenty of mustangs at rental places. I'm sure they should keep you entertained while you wait for your Z.

Speak with the insurance company and demand a better rental. One company gave me a BMW 228 once, it was pretty sweet.
