2017: 10% more power and torque?

Sorry if this has been posted already.

From Automoble on the new Nissan Pathfinder mentions changes to the VQ engine for 2017:

Over 50 Percent of the Parts in the (Nissan Pathfinder) 2017 3.5-Liter V-6 Are New

Updates to the Pathfinder’s VQ-series mill, including changes to the pistons and intake manifold as well as a new direct-injection system, yield roughly 10 percent more power and torque, bringing output up to 284 hp and 259 lb-ft of torque. Mirror-bore cylinder coating replaces the cast iron coating on the old engine, cutting engine weight by roughly three pounds and reducing friction.

A Nissan spokesperson also told AUTOMOBILE that any model currently using a VQ-series V6, such as the Maxima, Murano, and 370Z, will receive the same updates down the line. Each vehicle can also expect a “ballpark” 10 percent bump in output.

That shouldn't change the 370Z since the VQ37 is already developed further form the VQ35.

And I haven't heard anything about DI for the VQ37.

2017 370z are already on the lot and haven't changed.
